Full-Time Permanent Position
Overview – Nor-Arc Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to
lead and deliver industrial construction projects from initial client contact through to post-project
evaluation. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, financial
performance, safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise and coordinate project teams, ensuring all work is completed safely,
professionally and in accordance with company standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to ensure profitability and timely
delivery.
• Oversee project estimating, scope development and planning activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Provide on-site presence as required; some travel may be necessary
• Report to senior management with regular updates on project status and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven financial management capabilities within a project environment.
• Proficiency with information technology systems and construction software.
• Strong problem -solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in industrial or construction project management is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
• Full Time, permanent role.
• Salary range: 70,000 – 95,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Comprehensive health plan and retirement plan available after successful completion of
a 3-month probation period.
