Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and professionally. If you’re passionate about cannabis, possess excellent organizational skills, and are customer-service driven, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experiences through timely and professional deliveries.
• Leverage knowledge of cannabis and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction (willingness to learn is essential).
• Actively listen and engage with customers to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate dependability, integrity, and personal responsibility in every aspect of the role.
• Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistently maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Stay open to feedback and ongoing coaching to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail or delivery setting (preferred).
• Valid CannSell Certification and a clean criminal background check from local authorities.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexible availability, as deliveries are scheduled daily at 1 PM and 8 PM.

**Please Note** This is a delivery driver role, not an in-store position. The role involves 1–2 delivery runs per day (2 – 4 hours of work daily) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. It is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental work with a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
