Cadillac Mines Corporation is currently recruiting the following challenging and rewarding
position to join our team. Exploration Geologist

Cadillac Mines Corporation (CMC) is a privately funded Canadian exploration company that is
actively drilling and conducting exploration activities to evaluate gold mineralization present
around the historic workings of the Kerr-Addison Mine, situated in McGarry Township located in
Northern Ontario.

Since 2015, Cadillac Mines has drilled over 130,000m on the property and
extensive land position extending 6km along the Larder Lake Cadillac Break. Cadillac Mines
successfully defined significant gold mineralization over the years. In 2025, Cadillac Mines
released a multi-million ounce combined open pit and underground gold mineral resource
estimate.

In addition, Cadillac Mines recently released an initial mineral resource estimate on the
newly discovered Geminid nickel deposit, validating the mineralized potential of the Company’s
land position. In addition, with the company's recent expansion across the Quebec boarder,
Cadillac Mines’ Abitibi land position now encompasses an additional 20,000 hectares of tenure
along the Larder Lake Cadillac Break, significantly enhancing the company's growth potential and
offering exceptional exploration upside.

Role Summary:

The Exploration Geologist owns a defined scope of the drill program, including one or more
assigned rigs and everything that comes with running them: borehole planning, contractor
coordination, drill progress tracking, and site-level inspections. Core logging remains central to
the role. We're hiring both experienced Exploration Geologists and Geoscientists-in-Training
(GITs), with scope and independence scaled to your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Rig & Contractor Management

  • Own borehole planning, contractor coordination, and drill progress tracking for one or more assigned rigs.
  • Conduct contractor inspections on your rigs, monitoring drilling performance, site conditions, and procedural compliance.
  • Track drill progress daily, resolve deviations, and coordinate drill moves.
  • Prepare clear cross-shift handover notes covering drill status, targets, and key instructions.

Core Logging & Data

  • Log diamond drill core to CMC's lithological, alteration, mineralization, and structural standards.
  • Lay out sample intervals and support QAQC implementation, including chain of custody.• Enter and validate geological, collar, and survey data daily in GeoSpark or designated platforms.

Technical Engagement

  • Take part in drill reviews and technical planning sessions.
  • Prepare assigned cross-sections, strip logs, or interval compilations.

Safety & Compliance

  • Lead toolbox talks and hazard reporting on your rigs.
  • Enforce PPE and procedural compliance at drill setups; identify and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Geology, Geological Engineering, or Earth Sciences.
  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Geoscientist (PGO) or Geoscientist-in-Training (GIT), or the Quebec equivalent (OGQ).
  • 3 to 5 years of mineral exploration experience, including core logging, contractor coordination, and field documentation for an Exploration Geologist role and 0-4 years, with familiarity in core logging and geotechnical measurements for a GIT role.
  • Experience with GeoSpark or comparable platforms; Leapfrog/Micromine exposure an asset.
  • Ability to own your rigs and hold contractors accountable to plan.
  • Sound geological judgment and confident field decision-making.
  • Clear communicator with drillers and contractors.
  • Accurate and accountable with data.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) a strong asset; we recruit for positions supporting both Ontario and Quebec projects.

Schedule/Working Environment:

  • Based in Virginiatown, Ontario, with work supporting projects in Ontario and/or Quebec.
  • 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, 10-hour workdays.
  • Outdoor work in all seasons.
  • physical demands include lifting core boxes (up to 50 lbs) and uneven terrain.
  • PPE is always required in active work zones.
  • Accommodations and per diem may be provided during rotation, subject to eligibility requirements.
