We're a family farm looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team! If you enjoy connecting with people and are looking for a role with variety, this could be a great fit. You'll be the welcoming face of our farm store, helping customers find what they need and ensuring they have a positive experience. Plus, you'll get to contribute to the daily rhythm of the farm by assisting with some animal care.

We value someone who is organized, has a creative mindset, and can bring their social media skills to the table to help us share our farm's story.

Salary range is $18-$22/hr depending on the candidate and their experience.

Approximately 24 hours per week to start, with potential for full time hours.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product questions and selections.
• Efficiently operate our Square Point of Sale (POS) system for purchases.
• Maintain a tidy and appealing store environment, including restocking items.
• Manage your time effectively to handle various tasks, especially during busier periods.
• Share your knowledge of our products and suggest relevant items to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Contribute your creative ideas and social media skills to help us connect with our community online.
• Participate in the daily care of our chickens, including feeding, watering, and collecting eggs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with basic math for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a bonus.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A creative thinker with an eye for detail.
• Experience or interest in social media.
