• The Service Manager is responsible for managing the service department by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments.
• Provide oversight the Parts Department.
• Assist technicians in their daily work routines
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment with first class facilities and state of the art equipment at minimal capital outlay.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Maintain customer and associate satisfaction.
• Foster long-term customer relationships, helping to drive continued growth in sales and service business.

• Deliver quality work on time, every time to customers.

• Train and develop service department and parts associates in both parts and service.
• Must complete additional projects as assigned by the General Manager.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual would be an asset.
