Position: Window Cleaning Technician
Type: Part-time, Seasonal (April to December)
Hours: 20-35 hours weekly
Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour
Start Date: April 14th, 2025

Tasks:

• Window cleaning (via ladder, pole, or hands-on)
• Eavestroughs cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning at heights

Requirements:

• Fit and active, able to lift 70 lbs
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Valid Driver's License (full G and insurable)
• Ability to travel
• Access to a vehicle
• Criminal record check
• Specific work attire
• Comfortable working at heights up to 28.5 feet without being tied off (in accordance with OHSA Window Cleaning Guidelines and Regulations)
• Bondable

Preferred:

• Working at Heights certification (training available if not certified)

Shifts:

• Depending on contracts; hours will vary
• Day shifts and some weekends
• 8 to 10-hour shifts
• Start times between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM
