Yoga Teacher Intern Program - Creation & Funding Support

Hours: This is a full-time position (35 hours/week).
Start Date: January 2, 2025
Closing Date: January 2, 2026 

Tasks & Qualifications Requirements:

• Teach 1 to 1.5-hour yoga class sessions using various yoga methods for patrons aging from youth to seniors, including related activities such as:
  • Design yoga class progression beginning with grounding and finishing with savasana.
  • Prepare appropriate musical set list for designed class.
  • Set up necessary equipment for classes.
  • Tear down and clean equipment as required.
• Business Funding Support:
  • Research funding sources to identify opportunities to assist in the growth of the organization to allow it to better serve the community.
  • Draft applications for review with supervisor, submit and provide all follow up necessary.
  • Special events - work with supervisor to plan and execute special community events and wellness retreats.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
