About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting office operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a fast-paced position within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner

·         Answer and direct incoming calls

·         Book appointments and manage client scheduling

·         Conduct call reminders and follow-ups

·         Process payments and complete bank deposits (driver’s license required)

·         Maintain accurate filing and documentation

·         Support advisors and team members with administrative tasks

·         Ensure front desk and reception area are organized and presentable
