We are a 25-unit not-for-profit seniors' apartment building looking for a:

CUSTODIAN - 10 hrs/week (scheduled Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Wage: $21.50/hr

Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a wide variety of cleaning and custodial duties;
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position and be able to lift up to 50lbs;
• The ability to work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors;
• The ability to speak French is considered an asset.
