Grant Energy Inc./Grant Fuels Ltd. has an opening for n Customer Service Representative in New Liskeard, ON.
Who We Are
Our company provides quality fuel and propane products and services across Northern Ontario. Our Fuels and Energy divisions are rapidly growing, thus we are looking to expand!
Duties include:
- Answering customer inquiries & taking orders
- Scheduling of deliveries
- Customer account reconciliations A/R
- Computer processing and data entry
- Some lifting required
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong initiative and ability to work well under limited supervision
- Experience in customer service and office clerical procedures
- Experience with computer systems including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingualism (French & English) will be considered an asset
