About Keepers of the Circle
Keepers of the Circle is an Indigenous Hub operated by the Temiskaming Native Women’s Support Group (TNWSG), a non-profit organization founded in 1997 to promote the economic, cultural, and social equity of Indigenous women, girls, and gender diverse peoples.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and energetic individual who will work with a dynamic team at our Kirkland Lake, Burnside Drive location. This position will be responsible to great and welcome all members of Keepers of the Circle and the Mino M’shki-ki Indigenous Health Team.
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Run occasional office errands
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Arrange travel and accommodations
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Required Qualifications
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Customer service experience
· Trauma informed care is an asset
· High school diploma additional certification in Office Management is an asset

Class
G drivers' licence is a requirement
