Volunteers Needed
Timiskaming Home Support provides compassionate services to our community. We believe in the power of support for the well-being of the elderly and adults living with physical disabilities in the Timiskaming District. Living at home- your choice, our goal. We are looking for volunteers to join our team in our Meals on Wheels and Adult Day Program. If you are looking for a rewarding and gratifying opportunity, please contact us.
This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in the health care field, completing Volunteer hours, making meaningful connections, and contributing to the well-being of our community.
Current Opportunities
Adult Day Program – a recreational and social day program for Seniors
Meals on Wheels Delivery Driver
Qualifications
A passion for health care and helping others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Validate Driver's License & Proof of Insurance (or reliable transportation)
