Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Process invoices and obtain necessary approvals

·         Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts

·         Manage accounts payable and receivable aging reports and ensure timely payments

·         Maintain accurate records and filing systems

·         Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries

·         Maintain vendor and customer information in the accounting system

·         Review, match, code and post invoices to accounting and purchasing software

·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

·         Assist with other tasks as needed

Experience with accounting software, specifically QBO, is an asset

Qualifications:

·         1-2 years of AR/AP experience an asset but willing to train

·         Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required
