Compensation & Benefits Information
· Rate of pay: Between $39.00 per hour and $48.01 per hour

· Percent in lieu of benefits and vacation percent pay up to 20%
Job Summary:
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Medical Affairs/Physician Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for carrying out all aspects of physician recruitment activities. In addition, providing administrative support to the Physician group for Blanche River Health and gathers and provides information to the executives of Blanche River Health.
Qualifications
Education:
Certifications and Registrations
· Post-secondary education in health related discipline and/or Business Administration or related field.
· Valid driver’s license required and reliable means of transportation.
Skill, Ability & Experience:
· A minimum of one to three years’ experience in healthcare administration or physician recruitment.
· Must be willing to travel.
· Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as required.
· Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet based applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
· Strong leadership with an ability to achieve results effectively through collaboration, organizational awareness and impact and influence.
· Demonstrates personal effectiveness through professional, interpersonal sensitivity and leadership presence
· Able to think critically, discern relevant information and make effective decisions based on sound judgment
· Strong conflict management and problem resolution skills
· Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
· Bilingualism in French & English is preferred.
