We proudly build sheds for Old Hickory Buildings, supplying a network of dealers across Northern Ontario. Our team builds inventory sheds for stocking sales lots, as well as custom orders that are built to customer specifications and delivered directly to the customer. Position: Shed Builder
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
This position involves working indoors in our modern, well-lit facility designed for efficient shed construction. You’ll be part of a production team building complete sheds from start to finish. The work is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and construct wooden sheds according to company specifications

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve production targets

• Inspect work to ensure accuracy, durability, and quality

Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience or basic framing knowledge preferred

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
