The Job

This isn’t a cushy driving job. We’re looking for someone who works hard, thinks fast, and doesn’t quit when things get difficult.

Yeah, you’ll be hauling oversized loads down the road—and that matters—but don’t get it twisted, that’s the easy part. The real job starts when you pull into a customer’s property and now you’ve got to figure out how to get a full shed off your trailer and into place. Tight spaces, soft ground, obstacles—every job is different, and there’s no script.

You’ve got to stay calm, think it through, and get it done safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver sheds without wrecking equipment, property, or your nerves
• Run trucks, trailers, and whatever else the job calls for
• Walk into unknown setups and figure out a plan that works
• Deal with problems on the fly—because they will happen
• Talk to customers like a professional, even when the job gets tight
• Keep your gear in good shape and your truck clean
• Work outdoors in all kinds of conditions

What You Need

• Experience running equipment
• Clean driving record—no exceptions
• AR License
• The ability to keep your head when things go sideways
• Strong work ethic—show up, be on time, pull your weight
• Common sense and the ability to problem-solve without being babysat
• Physically capable—this isn’t a light-duty job
