About the Role
KCGR is seeking a hardworking and safety focused Student to support our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks on civil construction sites
• Support equipment operators and site supervisors as needed
• Perform site cleanup, material handling, and basic ground work
• Use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or general labour is an asset
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
  
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license is an asset
